Brief production
This machine can extrude different powder materials into briquettes, for example charcoal powder, coal powder, etc. It both can produce BBQ charcoal(cylinder shape, hexagonal shape, quadrangular shape) ,shisha hookah charcoal(cubic shape, round strip shape, hexagonal strip shape). It is equipped with a diesel engine to keep the machine working and does not require electric power. The final products' shape can be customized according to the customers' requirement.
Besides, it can be equiped different automatic cutting devices, you can choose suitable automatic cutting according to your requiremrnt.
Raw materials & Final products
It applied many charcoal powder, such as coconut shell charcoal powder, rice husk carcoal powder, and other charcoal powder. It is also suitable for pulverized coal, coal foam, coking coal. If you have other raw materials, you can contact us.

Working Principle
The charcoal extruder machine adopts the principle of screw extrusion to compress the coal/charcoal powder into shaped briquettes.The motor transmits power to the transmission through the triangle belt, and the output shaft of the transmission transmits power to the propulsion shaft through the floating coupling. The propeller on the propulsion shaft pushes the powder materials out through the forming mold, and the high pressure charcoal rod is produced.
