Working Principle of Horizontal Carbonization Furnace
Carbonization furnace use dry distillation carbonization and airflow carbonization methods. By then heating and decomposing the wood under oxygen-free or low-oxygen conditions, the wood produces wood vinegar, wood tar, and other ingredients. Moreover, the exhaust pipe of the horizontal airflow carbonization furnace can collect the flue gas in time and deposit harmful substances.
Raw Materials & Finished Products
Almost all the biomass can be made into charcoal, such as peanut shell, coconut shell, wood, biomass, some crops, bamboo, waste wood, branches, trunks, logs, bark, stumps, roots, wooden pallet, sawdust, shavings, wood chips, fruit wood, rice husk, corncob, peanut shell, furfural residue, palm shell, semi-coke and etc.
Hot To Use?
1. Check whether the raw materials meet the standard. The water content is less than 20%, and the size is about 50mm. Otherwise, we can provide you with crushers and dryers.
2. Open the furnace door, and put the mateiral inside directly; or you can put the mateiral on the rail car to send the material into the inner pot.
3. Seal the furnace, and check the valves and other things.
4. Fire the furnace and to make the charcoal. This step, there is the combustible gas to produce and this gas can be sent to the bottom of the fire mouth to let the machine heat.
5. After the charcoal finished and cooled, then use the rail car to delivery the charcoal out.

1.Coconut shell, wood, bamboo and other biomass are carbonized into charcoal by carbonization furnace and enter hoister and storage tank. According to customer's raw material, you can choose continuous carbonization furnace, horizontal charcoal making stove and hoisting carbonization furnace.
2.charcoal can be crushed into charcoal powder by dust-free grinder.
3.Stir the charcoal powder and adhesive with a mixer.
4.Charcoal powder can be formed into ball, cylinder, tables and cubic by briquette machine
5.Enter the dryer by drying.
