Our carbonization furnace use the principle of dry distillation charring, a reaction process of heat decomposition under air-isolated conditions. Dry distillation of wood produces various gases and vapours as well as solid char. The gases are fed into the bottom of the furnace through the return flue pipe for self-heating. Wood tar and wood acetic acid can be obtained and collected during the charring process, and the flue gas generated during charring can be recycled to make charcoal finally.
