Product description
Drum carbonizing furnace is equipped with biomass gasifier,flue gas purifier,fan,self-distributing gas burner, carbonizing furnace and other equipment.
Continuous carbonization furnace adopts the carbonization method of dry distillation, make full use of carbon monoxide,methane,hydrogen and other flammable gases produced in the process of carbonization,through the flue gas purification system to separate wood tar, wood acid liquid to get pure flammable gas,and then through the self-distributed air burner fully combustion,to heat the high temperature carbonization pipeline (temperature is generally controlled at 600℃). Compared with the traditional carbonization furnace, it is easier to operate, it has higher thermal efficiency and lower energy consumption.
Process flow
The first material is braised in the gasifier,the flue gas produced by the flue gas purification system harmless treatment into pure gas, pure combustible under the action of the fan is transmitted to the bottom of the carhonizaton engine combustion chamber,such as the host reaches a certain temperature, the need to carbonize the material through the feeding machine into the host,the material in the main machine in turn to complete the drying and carbonization process. At this time will produce a large amount of flue gas,the flue gas and gasifier gas after purification treatment into gas,to the bottom of the main engine cycle combustion. as its own carbonization heat source continuous production,then the work of the gasifier is gradually completed.,the raw material in the main engine after carbonization of finished carbon into the cooling out of the carbon machine cooling and cooling continuous output.
Raw Materials & Finished Products
It is suitable for straw, wood chips, bamboo, coconut shells, rice hulls, and other carbon-containing biomass materials (pellets with a diameter of 15mm or less).
